[PC] Unable to assign keybinds to mouse side buttons

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to report an issue with key bindings on the PC version of the game.

I'm trying to set my mouse side buttons (often called Mouse 4 and Mouse 5) for actions like melee or gadgets, but the game doesn't seem to detect them. When I go into the settings to change a keybind and press either of the side buttons, nothing happens. The assignment remains blank. I have no issues binding any other keyboard keys or the main mouse buttons.A friend of mine is also having this problem.

My side buttons are working correctly in other games. I am playing on PC.

Is this a known issue, and is there a possible fix?
