Constant Server Disconnects (ASEAN)
For starters I truly regret purchasing this game. Especially as the price is barely adjusted in my region. A game that costs 1.2M VND should just work. This is one of the very few titles that cost more than 1M VND in the Steam store and I had high hopes. There are several major issues with the game when it comes to play-ability.
The first is that the severs are so unstable that I can't stay connected to the account or game servers. I have no problems with literally any other games. BF6 decides to **bleep** its pants when I am about 5 minutes into a round. I have tried all troubleshooting steps on the EA website and the Reddit and nothing works. I have reset my router, reinstalled, verified files, double triple checked my NAT, made sure my EA account name matched my Steam name. I do believe that it is there account verification servers and not the actual game servers because I disconnect just sitting in the game menu. The issue also seems to only occur during peak hours. When I play off peak there are no issues, but I can't exactly skip work every day to play this game. Why is it so hard for them to spend money on supporting their account servers?
The issue has been prevalent since the launch of the game, but I gave them benefit of the doubt because it was launch day/week. I now genuinely wish I would have refunded the game. Out of the 20 hours on my account I have spent more than 15 of it disconnecting mid match where I get no experience. Making the grind even worse and grueling. Truly one of the worst gaming experiences I could have asked for.
On top of being kicked from almost every match there is absolutely no way to reconnect to the match you were just kicked out of. Whether it comes from the account server failing to validate or game server just giving up. This is truly one of the worst gaming experiences I have ever had. Especially from a company that I knew would scam me. Just imagine spending 10% of your monthly salary on a game that doesn't even let you play. Ultimately supported by a company that doesn't care to fix the issue and just wants to scam even more money from players.
Every time I log into the game it asks me to buy a battle pass. Of course I don't want to buy the battle pass. I can barely complete a match without your servers going down. Then I almost always get put into a queue when it tries to log me back in. Why would I give you more money for a game that doesn't work in the first place?
