Penalty History not showing my Ban

Dear EA Team, I’m writing to appeal the ban on my account, which was issued due to my username “Ghetto Blaster.” I want to clarify that I chose this name in reference to the classic 1980s boombox radios, which were widely known by that nickname at the time. It was never my intention to use the term in any offensive or discriminatory way. I understand and respect that EA aims to maintain a welcoming and inclusive community, and I sincerely apologize if my username caused any misunderstanding. I’d be happy to change my username to something more appropriate if necessary. I just wanted to provide context so that my intent is clear. I followed all the steps to appeal to this ban but when I go to the Penalty Ban seccion on EA website it does not show it to me. It says that I have no hostory. Im logged in the right account. Still I went true with the appeal but when I click submit it does not give me any feedback that actually says that the appeal was successful. I need help please..
