Performance is worse after new update

Ever since the new map update dropped my performance got worse and in THE ONE place where you should never have FPS drops - interiors...I used to be able to play the game at a stable 60 on mid/high settings but now the same settings make the performance drop to like 20 fps? 

here's my rig : 

r5 5600x 

RX 6600

16 GB of ram. 

one more thing I also noticed, it's present even before the update, if I play one game or two then I quit to main menu, I click on "loadouts" the FPS drops to 30 whenever I switch to loadout and the soldiers appear.

I need a solution ASAP please!
