Permanent Ban BF6

Hi all, i am desperately seeking advice on this. 

I woke up Saturday morning to find out i was banned for using "Gameplay Enhancements". I immediately lodged an appeal and asked if this was a mistake as i know i do not use anything to cheat. 

I take this allegation very seriously and currently trying to clear my name in any wrong doing. 

I have custom built computer with the following components:

MSI X570 ACE motherboard with AMD Ryzen 7 9000 processor, MSI 3090Ti Suprim GPU, 2tb Samsung SSD and 64gb Corsair RAM, running windows 11. 

I have a Corsair keyboard, Logitech hero mouse, and have an Xbox Elite controller plugged in via USB-c as i am horrible at flying so i need a controller if i am going to fly in game. 

My appeal was denied as of 6 am this morning, with them saying it was confirmed that i was using in game enhancements, i know for a fact that i am not using anything. As i don't know if my account was hacked, i have taken measure to change password and get MFA setup as precaution. 

I am desperately reaching out to the community for assistance because i am not a cheater, i would like assistance in getting this resolved, and i am happy to provide any detail i can to clear my name, i just don't know what detail to provide to clear me in any wrong doing.
