persistent unstable severs and rubber banding

Upon loading into large-scale matches, I constantly experience major lag spikes and severe rubber banding issues. However, when playing smaller game modes such as Domination or Team Deathmatch, I do not experience any problems whatsoever. Prior to the Season 3 update, the game ran perfectly fine for me.

Additionally, the Railway to Golmud map causes my FPS to drop drastically compared to every other map in the game. Please release a hotfix for these issues, as the game is becoming essentially unplayable in its current state.
