Phantom edition removed from my EA app this morning!!!

Hi. So we all know the issues with the EA app. Started playing at 12 midnight, still no dlc or content for phantom. Played for around and hour and a half. Great. EA say fox coming. 

 

Turn on my PC this morning at 11.30, open my EA app and the whole bloody game has gone. !!!!!!!!!

Nothing there, EA asking me to buy the bloody game. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON. 

So all the gaming I've done, all th money I've spend pre ordering every battlefield and this happens. 

So now I can't play anything. 89 pounds gone. 

EA.  How are you going go get this back and compensate me.  

I'll wait

  • I have bought the Phantom edition as well, and untill now only received the standart edition. The support said that I have to be patient, that will be delivered. But I really doubt that. Thinking of cancell this purchase and buying again form the store. It also shows to me that I have to buy again...

  • EA refunded me and i got from Steam, But still no Phantom edition add ons received yet, think i should have just paid for standard at this point

    This issue here is I played last night because it with th standard one because there was going to be a fix. But this morning the game has been totally removed from my account. Lucky I have screen prints of me pre downloading everything Thursday and also game footage of me playing. 

    This is unacceptable. 89 pounds gone , game data gone .

    Did you not get banned for that ? I got banned for that not sure but I think it’s that

  • Same here.. Bought the Phantom edition all the way back in august. 
    Now on launch i received all the free beta and twitch rewards.. except the rewards i paid money for are missing. 
    I can't refund anymore on steam as i passed the 2 hour mark. Will wait till they fix this and if not.. then we just drop a bad review. 

  • Translating from Portuguese basically says that they know about the issue but don't know how and when it is going to be solved. An also that they cannot share or explains why this is happening. Also, they confirmed that this issue is happening only with users that made the pre order, anyone that buy at this point from EA will have no problem using the Phantom resources.
