Phantom Edition Showing as Deluxe Basic

I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition three months ago but the EA App still shows Deluxe/Basic Edition. I paid for extra content but cannot access it. The issue has been ongoing for three months. I would like either a resolution so I can access the Phantom content or a refund.

Good luck. They yanked the Raven Raider pack out of the game without refunding any of us, weeks later we're STILL being told in live chat to "wait and see, nobody knows what happening, no you can't be refunded." EA is a joke.
