Hello, i had pre-ordered PHANTOM EDITION, But now EA APP says that i need to pay more to upgrade my game. Can you fix it?

im dealing with the same thing
The same thing is happening to me too. I paid extra to get Phantom Edition, but the game and app does not recognize that despite my payment and the email confirmation.
Same here, bought the Phantom Edition a couple days ago, and now in opening day, cant access anything of the extras....
