Player level STUCK at 38

I have been playing for ages, and i noticed at the end of the game i got "Promoted to lv 39" every game. So for the past couple of days, completing challenges, i have gotten 0 XP. The game does not add Xp to my profile at all. Its hard stuck at level 38 with a full progress bar, and i wasted so many challenges with lots of XP... Feeling so unmotivated to keep going...
