23eerr5 according to EA's help page. This error usually means.

EA anticheat Service has encountered an error. Please restart the game. <Path of Service> <Error #>
This error happens when EA Javelin anticheat can't find the installation folder or can’t start the game. There are two ways to fix this.
Relaunch the EA app (even if you got the game on Steam or the Epic Games Store) as an admin by right-clicking on it and choosing Run As Administrator. Then, relaunch the game directly from the EA app.
Reinstall EA Javelin anticheat.

I recommend running EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and choosing 'uninstall all'. Then reboot the computer to finish uninstalling EA anticheat.

After that uninstall BF6. Then install BF6 which should also install EA anticheat.

I can't launch BF6 from the EA app. Is it because I bought it on Steam? I completely deleted EAAntiCheat, uninstalled and reinstalled BF6, and confirmed the anti-cheat was installed, but it still won't work due to the same error.

23eerr5 the game should work on Steam. Did you use the 'uninstall all' option in EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe?

  I deleted the files/shortcuts, but I haven't uninstalled them. How do I uninstall everything? Sorry, I'm not very tech-savvy.

    23eerr5 look for EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 6\EAAnticheat
    Launch EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and choose 'uninstall all'. Then reboot the computer to finish uninstall.
    Then uninstall and reinstall BF6.
