I’ve already done that, but it didn’t help at all. The status still hasn’t changed. I’m very sad and helpless right now. I shouldn’t be treated like this. I’m begging EA to help me solve this problem.

it can take up to 10 days for an appeal to be fully investigated - please wait for the result of the appeal.

If the appeal was denied and the ban found to be applied correctly, there's unfortunately nothing to be done.
