Please help

Bought this game few days ago, looks like fun. I am able to play the campaign but that IS IT. Online games do not want to load for me. I try to search, it queues, I start to load showing me black screen with BF6 in it, and it boots me back out. Without fail, every single time. Incredibly frustrating to spend £70 on a game you can’t even play. 

For context, I am on Xbox Series S, I have all content installed, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, running out of hope. Kinda just want a refund  if this bs takes too long to fix
