pls help: game stuck at 60hz

My game is stuck at 60 hz on fullscreen, its bugging me alot and there is no posts about this, i have a 480hz monitor and its set to 480hz on nvidia control panel

thank you so much CPU_UK im so silly for not clueing in, i run 2k and it was running at 4k hahaha thanks man!
