Portal.battlefield.com, unable to log in?

Unable to log into portal.battlefield.com, I tried on three different browsers. The first time in chrome it prompted for MFA code which I entered and seemed to continue. Now i'm in a loop where it wants me to sign in to continue. If I click on that or the profile picture the screen refreshes real quick and wants me to log in again never prompting for password.

Is portal.battlefield.com broken? I'm at work and have not tried it in-game yet.

Anyone else experienced this?
