PORTAL HOSTING ISSUE(BOTS WILL NOT LOAD IN)

When will you guys fix the issue in creating a Portal server and the remaining 8 bots will not load onto server for the game to start? We already have to put player count down to 32 just to be able to host one. Then once we finally get it hosted, then for example we set player count per team to 16 for a 32 man server, then when you connect the bots just sit at 24 including me in there. The rest of the bots will not load in to start the server. Please fix this as we are tired of spending our money for your games like 2042 had the same issue. If you cannot handle the load then bring us back to private server rentals. This kind of stuff is annoying. Now not only did us individuals miss out on 8 hours of play time for the fist day because of your issue with the EA APP. Now that also affected us on a first come first serve on the portal side. Now we cannot start our own server, cause everyone else got in there first~!
