Portal server in india

Portal is not working in india. Its UGC restriction that showing up on my ps5 in game . I talked to an ea agent about this issue and they checked my ea id for not age restriction or age restriction and all is good no error but nothing is done by ea side no issues are solved from their side. I've been waiting for portal about a month from now on ...no update about portal. And they wanted full payment when we buy the game.
