Same here, I’ve got a Ryzen 9 5900X and an RTX 3080 GPU... The CPU runs at 95–100% and the GPU at 70–85%... FPS? Seriously, around 70... I can try everything, but nothing helps. Tried BIOS, upgrading to Windows 11... it just doesn’t help, we need a patch update.
