Pre order bonus not recieved

ive pre ordered the game with the preorder bonus the tombstone pack but in my appearances its not visible what can I do now?

I pre ordered the Phantom Edition .
I still haven't recieved the XP boosts they promised as compensation for not being able to play during launch.
My brother, who also has the game, and was playing it at the time, did. And I still haven't. I'm behind the rest now.
