BF6 Only works Once per PC restart [Fixed!]
As the title says. I can only play the game once after a pc restart, meaning: 60-70+ FPS, No lag, no rubber banding, No slow motion/ice sliding, no crashes, no freezing AKA Running as intended.
If i try to play it a second(closing the game and opening it later) It runs absolutely horrible. Meaning: crackling sound, laggy input, Freezing/crashing at main menu, If i manage to make it to the main menu and get in game i have horrible lag, sliding all over the place, running in slow motion even thought the rest of the team is running normally, somehow getting high frame rate but the games still acts like its lagging, the game will randomly minimize it self, and will crash if it does it again or just outright crash.
But Doing a PC restart, as the title states, and running the game, it runs perfectly fine again. I don't want to have to restart my PC every time i want to play this game. This is the only game that does this for me, Ive updated my drivers, Ive reinstalled the drivers, ive reinstalled the game. Ive cleaning my pc in and out, ive checked task manager as the game is running and my memory and CPU run as they normally would if i were playing any other game. Keeping below 3% or so. Nothing is overheating. Im running out of options. I enjoy this game a lot, i just cant enjoy it like I want to/should be. Please Help. Ive been asking every where and being as patient as i can be and getting no answers.
Editing to say Razor Cortex was my issue. I uninstalled it and i have no more issues. hope this helps anyone else that has this issue in the future.
Hey guys I wanted to come back and let you know i found my issue. IT was razor cortex game boost. I uninstalled it and now battlefield 6 runs flawlessly. A friend of mine was joking "What if its some random software like your mouse" and it clicked. I had completely forgotten about it as i always have it running in the background. IF you guys have Cortex, uninstall it.
