PS5 BF6 Campaign loads to black screen, then fails

I have seen many, many users having the same problem, and the potential solution of changing graphics to "Performance" does not work.

Most annoyingly, it's intermittent, so occasionally it will load, but mostly it doesn't in my experience.

I see that there is a  fairly straightforward "Returns" process for Playstation games, but not ones like this, which I think I bought direct from EA, digitally. It's my first PS5 and first PS5 game.

I'm happy to buy it again when EA fix it it, but right now, I'd rather have my money back for a faulty product. A definitive fix or timescale of a patch would be useful.

Anyone know where to start for the refund?
