This is 100% still overheating. Either clean the fan and heatsinks inside the console really well yourself or get this done professionally. Once really clean you should be good to go for a few months. Smoking in the room actually makes this worse as the dust/lint gets 'sticky'.

The issue is not resolved. I have never experienced this so I found it quite alarming when my PS5 crashed during the launch every 30 minutes, requiring a power cycle to boot back up (I had no issues during the beta but saw reports that others did). I scoured the internet for solutions this weekend so I can play this awesome game for more than one match. PS5 was deep-cleaned, plugged directly into outlet, restored the game's license, rebuilt my PS5 database, etc... Everything I could do on my end and the issue persists. I am only experiencing this issue with BF6. Please mark it as unresolved and investigate further.

Yea I cleaned my Xbox and it’s still doing it.
