I was able to make it through 2 games on hotspot without being kicked. I tried wifi connection and made it through one game but then was kicked post game
Community ManagerI'm not surprised you were kicked being on wireless. But, if the issue were with Starlink, I would think you'd have the same issue being wired. So, it seems that the wired connection is the problem. Do you have another ethernet cable you can try? Also, let's make sure a proper power cycle is done with these steps:

Tried new cable and same results. 20 min power cycle of ps5 and router. Disconnected with 21ms latency on casual breakthrough. Then in 1-3 mins connected back in menu.
Community ManagerSince the connection troubleshooting steps aren't helping, I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Unfortunately, I'm about to head out for the weekend. I won't be back until Tuesday. We could pick this up then. I'm not aware of any issues with our servers that would cause this and since you're not disconnecting over a mobile hotspot, it seems the issue is with your network equipment/ISP.
