Hi thanks for responding, I'm not having issues with anything else that's using the new connection, TVs etc, I've carried out speed tests etc and I can tell by the quality of the TV resolution using HDR streams etc that there is no degrading or dropping of connection. I really don't see how a new connection could be saying I'm not connected to PlayStation Network.
I still recommend you contact your ISP since this began when you switched connections. Otherwise, we'll keep monitoring for any issues.

Hi, okay thanks for responding again. Just an update. I tried to play Battlefield 6 on the PS5 using my mobile hotspot and instead of the PSN connection error message I now get a message saying no connection to EA servers after again about 10 minutes of play.

That's not a surprise when on a mobile hotspot. The connection will be pretty weak. Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Please contact your ISP to see if they can help.
