Ps5 pro random green screen that leads to a shutdown while playing bf6

you guys need to address this like NOW before there is a riot and people start demanding refunds. It would be really nice if I could play the game I paid $80 for but as it stands I’m NOT going to play it while this is still an issue. Not worth the risk. I was playing arc raiders all day without any single issue whatsoever and it’s been immaculate since the day it launched. This ONLY happens when playing bf6 & it could be after 20 minutes of gameplay or 3 hours. Completely random. It never lets me send an error report either it simply just turns my system off.
