Confirmed for me....GSYNC and REFLEX are BROKE. ***please read my entire post and my previous from a few hours ago**** I have it smooth in 120hz and 240hz @4k...but due to the nature of the problem I prefer the 120hz without framegen.
Just tested at 240hz as I mentioned I would from my comments earlier and I have 240hz mode working butter smooth now as well.
FYI* GSYNC is Broke
FYI* REFLEX is Broke with GSYNC OFF,
**GSYNC off is the only way I can get the mouse panning stutter to go away.
SO here are my two setups:
120HZ Gameplay @ 4k
- NVCP GSYNC = DISABLED/FIXED FRAMERATE
- NVCP VSYNC = ON
- NVCP MAX REFRATE = Let Application decide
- INGAME REFRATE = 119.998hz (there are two ~120hz choices, not sure why. I went with decimal one)
- INGAME CAP = OFF
- INGAME REFLEX = OFF
- INGAME VSYNC = OFF
- INGAME UPSCALING = OFF
- INGAME FRAMEGEN = OFF
- Visuals = ALL HIGH or BETTER, with several being overkill
240HZ Gameplay @ 4k
- NVCP GSYNC = DISABLED/FIXED FRAMERATE
- NVCP VSYNC = ON
- NVCP MAX REFRATE = Let Application decide
- NVCP LOW LATENCY MODE = ULTRA (Not limiting below refresh rate so I feel this aint working either but I still have it on.)
- INGAME REFRATE = 240hz
- INGAME CAP = 238.1
- INGAME REFLEX = (DEFAULTS TO ON WITH FG 2x...but DOES NOT WORK as FPS still hit 240 without limiter)
- INGAME VSYNC = OFF
- INGAME AA = DLAA
- INGAME UPSCALING = OFF
- INGAME FRAMEGEN = 2x NVIDIA
- Visuals = ALL HIGH or BETTER, with several being overkill
it WORKS LIKE BUTTER....Hasn't ran like this since launch
Even though running 2x FrameGen in 4k @ 240hz it still feels really good and not sluggish...but just use the 120hz method if you don't wanna framegen.
HOPE THIS CAN HELP SOMEONE!!!
I have posted TONS to twitter...with ZERO RESPONSES
Tearing Stops if playing at 240 HZ + GSYNC disabled but WTF DICE how the hell the game doesn't work with GSYNC it's a must have basic feature on every game , I can't get a 240 consistent (also still dips to 200 fps in intense scenario ) unless I use frame gen which I don't it messes with my aim and the other way is to low the render scale to 90% and use DLSS performance which make the game looks so soft and horrible , Fixing GSYNC is a must or whatever causing this issue I cannot enjoy the game.

Agree with you, it SHALL get fixed.
On the other hand, I am also playing at 240 fps and it's the first shooter game I am happy with DLSS and Frame Gen implementation. Don't or barely have fps dips and don't feel any lag or anything.
i am old school PC player and hate these techs but I have to admit that in BF6 it works super well.
Mostly ultra settings and Quality DLSS - 240fps and 2X Frame Gen, it's so good !
Give it a try for now until it's gonna get fixed (or not) but to me, it's great that way.
