Same here.
Mouse movement microstutters which causes some weird ghosting effect when panning the camera (especially vegetation and rock walls). Keyboard/Xbox series s controller (via usb) does not. Vsync is also broken and doesnt work.
Edit - I'm using a gsync monitor.
fluidz are you playing in exclusive fullscreen mode? If not it might be the reason why Vsync isn't working.
Playing with in-game Vsync enabled provides smoother frametimes than NVCP Vsync. Since enabling in-game Vsync activates additional game engine code to synchronize frame rendering.

OskooI_007 I would love it to work but vsynch no matter the combination won't work, that's a polling rate issue unfortunately..

Hi,
Tested both, no difference.
Here's a short clip of me showing vsync on/off in fullscreen mode. Vsync enabled in game you can see the fps is way above the refresh rate (144hz). Nvidia vsync is set to application preferred.
