Framerate cap doesn't help with this particular issue.
Why are you using 8k on a keyboard. That could be causing the issue. Your mouse could struggle to get updates if the keyboard is taking up resources with an 8k polling rate. Try 1000 or 2000 max on the keyboard. The game engine can barely do 60 hertz in BR. BF4 CTE use to go up to 120hz tic rate but now they had to tone it down for this game.

You just spouted a pile of nonsense. You somehow confuse FPS with tick rate. You give absolutely irrelevant advice about keyboard polling rate. Well, it doesn't matter. You clearly did not test it, even though it takes less time than writing that post. The mouse input stays choppy even with keyboard unplugged.

Yeah, was also thinking about wtf this is. Like the 13K replies in this post are not enough to say that this is not HW related.
It's done, BF6 is dead. Layoffs, no content, no bugs resolution... more players now on MW1 2019.
Layoffs are sad, we don't don't know what is behind but the lack of PC tech skills, communication, reactivity... I would say that it is well deserved as long as it affects the ones that smashed the PC port. This is my shortest and worst BF experience (playing since 2).
The lessons from BF2042 were not learnt. Hopefully these Teams behind EA are not working on BF7, please no.

No, it's not a hardware issue; it's an engine (code) problem.
I have several systems, and I'm experiencing the same problem on all of them. I just suspect that many people don't notice it, and unfortunately, neither do the developers.
