PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

No, it's not a hardware issue; it's an engine (code) problem.

I have several systems, and I'm experiencing the same problem on all of them. I just suspect that many people don't notice it, and unfortunately, neither do the developers.

I don't think you can really see that on YouTube.
But the developers should compare gamepad vs. mouse. Or mouse controls in the vehicle—that's smooth, just as it should be.
