PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

i played on the aetup of my friend with a 4090 ryzen 9500x3d and oled 250hz 4k. on his setup everything feels great but on mine with a 5080 and a i7 13700kf it doesnt.

So it cant be that everyone on pc have this issues.

9950X3D, 5090 and 175hz OLED here, was fine most of the time (99%) before Season 2 dropped. Now its 100% cooked no matter what.
Wouldn't surprise me if it's not affecting all configs, but it's clearly still hitting a lot of us. DICE not being able to reproduce this after all this time is plain laughable too.
