Purchased Battlefield 6 and cannot play it

I have purchased battlefield 6 on the 16th of November. I purchased almpst all of the add ons and the season pass. I have not been able to play this game, I emailed and no one has helped. I had 5 people say they were going to help and no one did. Now the Ice Offensive is over and my money was wasted and still, NO ONE HELPED ME!

It is now the 1st of January and I still cannot play the campaign, multiplayer, or feature games. I spent a LOT of money on this game and extras and no one has helped me play. Why can I not just either receive a patch to correct it or a new digital download?

I even upgraded thinking it was because I did not have phantom to play. No, nothing worked and I ended up with now 5 people that I have emailed and 2 i jave live chat with, yet no one has helped me. Just continue to pass me to the next person. I spoke to Playstation and they said it is not on their end and to contact EA for a new patch or digital download. So why is that so difficult to do when thry can see I purchased the game and thise add ons, that are now useless, as the events are over,  through my transactions and screen shots? I should get a refund for some of that stuff if not all of it! I just want to play the game I purchased!
