Alright, after couple more days and matches I can definitely confirm it was caused by the XMP Profile 1 for the RAM, after switching to XMP Profile 2 no more crashes (see my post above for more details), the game runs stable.

I feel your pain, I have the same issue. For me the game worked just fine until the latest patch. Since the patch i get these crashed to windows, no errors no nothing. I've tried most of the things I could find on the internet but to no avail, its beyond furiating to not be able to play a full round most of the time.

My PC is from 2023 so its still pretty good, I9, GTX4090 64Gb Ram etc.
