Random desktop crash BF6

They tried to blame everything on my system until I did everything they told me and it still didn't fix the issue.  After chatting with EA for more than 2 hours and doing everything they said, they finally admitted it's a known issue.  My rig shouldn't have any problem running this, or any other game.  It doesn't have issue with any other BF game, or other game, just BF6.  If you search the forums for a second, you will see many posts about this.  Rig details below.
