Ranked 100 Ping - Only Putting in EU Servers

I am pretty sure i am not the only East Coast USA player experiencing this.  But 1 in 40 + games have actually been on a USA server.  99% i am put on EU.  120+ Ping EVERY game. The game is not fun when everything is lagged out and bullets are not registering.  I had friends to play ranked with, all of which have quit due to this issue.  I was holding out hope they would fix this but its looking like this is never going to change?

I would rather wait 20mins for a good match than 2 mins for something next to unplayable and unenjoyable.
