Re: Unable to find matches in ranked BR

I've been unable to play ranked matches with my friends for over a month. I live in Chile (LATAM), and finding a ranked match has become nearly impossible. We've waited in the matchmaking queue for 30 minutes, sometimes even over an hour, without finding a single game.

This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially for players who genuinely enjoy the game and want to experience its competitive side. I'm posting on the English forum because I hope this issue receives more visibility and reaches the development team.

Please investigate the matchmaking problems affecting the LATAM region. This issue is preventing many dedicated players from enjoying ranked play, and it has been going on for far too long. We love this franchise and simply want to be able to play the game as intended.

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this. This situation does not appear to be limited to the LATAM region, as we’ve also seen reports from other regions.

I’ve made the studio aware of these reports. At the moment, I don’t have any targeted update or specific next step to share, but I’ll update the thread if I receive anything that can be shared.
