Ranked Redsec not working on ps5 and quads/duos not showing

My matchmaking is completely broken on PS5 for Battlefield 6. The core playlists (Quads/Duos) have completely vanished from my in-game menu, and RedSec just loops an infinite matchmaking timeout error. I have already cleared cache, rebuilt database, reinstalled from disc, and changed networks. My specific account/backend routing ticket is stuck or orphaned and needs a manual profile resync on your end
