Re: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

When launching the game, my computer gets crashed and then I get the following error:
Direct function "Hang Detected in waitForFrameFences. Timed out after 60000ms. Waiting for Signalled: 2153. Last Signaled Fence Value: 2154. Unsignaled Fences:("Graphics" stopped at 2152), ("Compute" stopped at 2152), " failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU wwill not respond to more commands"), GPU: "Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics" , Driver: 32.0.101.7076.
D:\dev\TnT\Code\Packages\RenderCore2\dev\source\platform\Dx12\SubmissionManagerDx12.cpp. This error is usually caused by the graphic driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

But I am sure that my drivers are the latest by the detecting tool of Intel on my computer, and I could run the Beta test of BF6 without such a problem...

Guys, any advice?

In my case it’s the same — random DXGI errors. Sometimes when launching the game, joining a match, or during gameplay. It’s been happening since the beta. I have the latest drivers for the GPU, BIOS, and everything else. I’ve tried clean driver installations and all the other settings and fixes from Reddit and elsewhere. Still the same issue.

My Son's PC had this happen today as well. Identical error and played all day yesterday with no issues. Can boot up the campaign and play with no issues, but on loading a Multiplayer match regardless of game type it instantly freezes as well.

That’s great for AMD users but as you can see OP and many others here are on nvidia not AMD

I have the same graphics card  and same issue, I’m pretty sure they are getting payed by nvidia to stop older graphics card's from working  such as the 1080ti which can easily run newer games but it’s not getting them money so they aren’t making games work with it anymore.

This has been an issue for some users since BF3 but became more widespread during BF4/BF1’s era. If you search YouTube there are several videos that may offer a potential solution to this problem that have worked for users on this forum in the past.

I see in the error message > (GPU: "Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics"). Are you trying to play on integrated graphics or do you have a discreet gpu?
