Recon/Support Specialist assignments not tracking progress

Has anyone else encountered the Recon with “laser designate targets that sustain damage as recon” or the Support “resupply teammates with the supply pouch as support” not tracking any progress?  The weird thing with the Recon one is my tracer darts are registering, but not the laser designate after multiple rounds of conquest doing only laser designate.  Same goes for support, throw out pouches and yet not 1 single progress on the bar/counter, and yes, pouches, not the big bag…
