Regarding my Battlefield 6 account being banned
I have submitted numerous appeals for account unblocking through official channels, yet all of them have been rejected. After several rounds of repeated appeals, my appeal ticket was permanently closed, with the violation marked as "Gameplay Enhancement".
I had long given up hope of retrieving my account until I saw other players mention on gaming forums that I could message you to apply for a review of the account penalty, so I am writing to ask for your help. I solemnly guarantee that I have never used any cheating software, nor have I altered or tampered with any local game files. The full account incident is detailed below:On December 15, 2025, knowing I would be occupied with work and unable to play the game for a very long time afterward, I purchased the seasonal battle pass and multiple paid bundles and logged off right away. When I logged back in again in mid-January 2026, I found my account had been permanently banned on January 1, 2026, with the violation reason shown as "Gameplay Enhancement". I had not logged into the game for nearly a month by then.
When playing normally, I only used legitimate network accelerators when I failed to connect to the EA platform properly, and I never ran any other third-party software at all. I submitted an appeal immediately after discovering the ban, yet every appeal ended up failing. Having run out of options, I asked official support staff in my appeal notes to provide the precise timestamp of abnormal data linked to my account so that I could trace the root cause on my own.
I was swamped with work back then and often played the game at internet cafes during that period. I suspect the background management programs and security software pre-installed on those internet cafe computers were misjudged as prohibited plug-ins by EA's anti-cheat system, which resulted in this unfair account ban.
I sincerely ask you to look into my account, retrieve the timestamp of abnormal data associated with this penalty, and figure out the real cause of the ban. It has been half a year since my account was banned; most people would have thrown in the towel long ago, but I am a die-hard fan of the entire Battlefield franchise.
