Regular sights have night vision glitch

For the past three days all my scopes have been acting like they have thermal vision. I mean its cool and all but super annoying when playing on bright maps. Can someone look into this. And also from time to time i will rubberband and lag. i have noticed it only happens in games where I have seen, since I have turned on ping. I see high yellow or red ping players that don't get kicked. I have never lagged in a game where i see no yellow or red ping on a player. It only happens when you see it. Dev's need to jump on this and fix this lag issue. I believe when they are using their cheap cheats they make us lag. I pay close attention to the score and i see it when they use cheats they are injecting codes to games that makes us lag. I know quickly because my aim will on it own just fly up to sky.
