Saw your previous post, just saying I have a similar issue except not even a BSOD for me, it was simply sending me back to BIOS to launch the OS again
After this patch the game simply wont launch, a update BIOS and reinstall (new/old) GPU drivers, all of it does nothing...
Hoping a dev notices this, since paying for the game and not get to play is kinda rough

That's crazy, I consider myself lucky that all it does is restart the PC, but yeah I did the exact thing, clean reinstall of the GPU drivers and even updated the BIOS, still nothin'.
It's a very strange issue too because I was not getting these crashes when the game released, it started early December.
E_OUTOFMEMORY:
- can you rename your profile in documents so it starts fresh without your config?
- is enough space on the harddrive(s)?
- can you double the size of the pagefile?
- can you clean your shadercache?
