Request for guidance – possible false positive anti-cheat ban (PC)

Hello,

I am looking for guidance regarding a permanent ban on my EA account for Battlefield 6 on PC.

I have already contacted EA Support multiple times and my appeals were denied. The last email I received states that I should not reply to it, which is why I am posting here instead.

I am not asking for an unban through the forum. I am only seeking guidance on whether a possible false positive detection could be manually reviewed, as I have never knowingly used cheating software.

If a Community Manager is able to advise on any further steps or confirm whether this can be escalated, I would greatly appreciate it.
