Road to BF6 rewards still not claimed in BF6

I have completed the Road to BF6 Battlepass up to tier 49 for the Commander skin and yet I do not own any skins I have unlocked 

I have my EA and Steam linked with BF2042 and the BF6 Open Beta showing up on the EA app.

I did receive a message on my BF6 inbox saying that I have the rewards but there was no "Claim" button. 

Is there a way I can fix this and claim my stuff? If not, how long until EA fixes this?
