Anyone else have missing content from the Road to BF6 battle pass from BF2042?
NONE of the content rewards from that battle pass that were meant for BF6 have shown up for me. I have received an in game message from EA congratulating me on receiving the items but they are still locked in the customization menu. Quite frustrating. I also completed the battle pass well before the cutoff of October 7th, 2025. I play on the Xbox Series S.
I see. So far, I haven't gotten the warm and fuzzies from EA that they will actually fix the issue. While playing BF6 last night I did see that some of the players in the match I was in had the rewards so I know its not a problem for everyone. EA directing me to also make a post in the forums about this issue feels like a "hey, we know this is an issue for a large amount of players, but we don't really care, so make a post in the forums so all of you can complain about it together there instead of at the help desk."
I have the same problem, brother. I also completed the entire 2042 pass as well as the challenges for the Open Beta. I also got those same messages, yet received nothing. I went through a back and forth with EA Help, but was ultimately directed to make a post on the forums. The accounts I use for Steam and EA have been linked long before either of these events, so, on paper, there should be no issue.
