RPG's firing in random directions

Since the most recent update, I've been noticing an issue with RPG's.   The initial rocket will fire true to aim, however subsequent rockets appear to fire off in random directions.   If I'm ADSing, and fire the second rocket, it appears to come out sideways, or off to angle angle as if I was aimed right or left.
