Rubber banding on Golmud and Bazaar

Since the release of Railway to Golmud and now on Bazaar, I'm experiencing rubber banding and getting the two orange rectangles at the top left of the screen on these two maps. I don't have this issue on any other map besides these two. I have a pretty solid fiber connection at 300mbps download and 300 upload. It's virtually unplayable on these two maps. Dear DICE, all these issues with your season 3 release are getting tiring. Most have been posted countless times, and nothing has been fixed.

Igla ignoring flares, black screen when quitting a match, audio issues, rubber banding, etc., etc., etc....exhausting.
