Season 1 Pro Battle Pass Purchase Not Applying to Account
Hi everyone,
I hope this reaches the right people. I purchased the Season 1 Battlefield Pro + REDSEC Battle Pass bundle through the EA App, the transaction completed successfully and the receipt appears in my purchase history, but the Battle Pass content does not show up in-game.
I’ve already confirmed:
The purchase is listed in my EA order history
I’m logged into the correct EA and platform account
The game and system have been restarted multiple times
Server status is normal
No rewards are appearing in the Battle Pass progression or loadout menus
It currently looks as if the items are granted, but the actual Battle Pass access/content is missing, which suggests this is an entitlement synchronization issue on EA’s end, not a user-side problem.
After checking other discussions, it seems multiple players are experiencing the same issue right after purchase.
If someone from EA/Support sees this:
Please escalate this to the Account & Entitlement Specialist Team to refresh the entitlements for affected accounts.
This issue prevents paid content from being used, and acknowledgment + resolution would help many players.
