Purchased S2 Battle Pass/Pro after completion and didn't receive rewards

Estou enfrentando o mesmo problema. Cheguei ao nível necessário para obter a recompensa do passe, mas não está disponível no meu inventário. Entrei em contato com o suporte, e eles me enviaram esse histórico de pessoas vivendo a mesma questão. Me disseram que quando resolver, vou receber as recompensas, mas tenho medo do passe vencer e minhas recompensas não serem entregues junto.

Sorry, but we’ve been informed that the wider fix will not be rolling out this week. We’re now expecting it sometime next week.

As for the similar Season 3 issue, the studio is aware of it and continues to investigate a solution.

In the meantime, one player shared a workaround that may help: for each affected reward path, you needed to gain one additional level/progression step. After doing that, the previously locked premium rewards from that path unlocked retroactively.

Hi Penguin, regarding the similar reports now appearing in Season 3 as well, the studio is also taking another look back at the Season 1 side of things. I’ll update you again if I receive any information I can share publicly.

Bug Description:

I recently completed all the progression and challenges for the Season 2 Battle Pass. Because I finished the track, I decided to purchase the premium Battle Pass to claim my earned unlocks. However, since making the transaction, none of the premium rewards, operator skins, weapon cosmetics, or Battlefield Coins have been added to my account.

The Battle Pass page itself acknowledges my progression, but whenever I go to my inventory, every single premium item remains completely locked as if I never bought the pass

Troubleshooting Steps I've Already Taken:

• Restarted the game and the launcher/console multiple times.
• Played a few full matches to try and force a server sync.
• Verified my game files and restored my licenses.
• None of these workarounds have resolved the issue.

Expected ReSult:

All retroactive Season 2 premium items and currency should be instantly available in my inventory since the challenges were fully completed prior to the purchase.

Resolution Requested:

Please look into my account and manually grant the missing rewards that I paid for. If this server sync bug cannot be resolved promptly, I expect a full refund for the transaction.
