Security Violation (Help Please)

After updating my game to install the Season 1 update i’ve started receiving a “Security Violation” with the following statement. 

EA AntiCheat has detected in incompatible driver. Please update or disable “C:\windows\system32\drivers\msio.64.sys” and restart. (119)

Ive already attempted to rename the file but have has no success.

Has anyone else received this message and know any solutions?

    Hi there. Do you have any RGB lighting software installed? If so, try uninstalling it to see if that helps. Thanks!
