Serious Technical Issue

There's a gamebreaking bug that doesn't allow me to unlock the Season 2 weapons. It's the one where you have to shoot down 5 aircraft with the IGLA. I have tried for several hours, but I have not hit a single shot, let alone took something down. It's not possible.

Can EA go into my account and just complete the Season 2 weapon challenges for me? I am not looking for anything else just make my account say it's completed.

Cant you just ask someone to let you borrow the gun untill you unlock the mastery 10 skin it would be annoying thats for sure but it sure as hell is faster then waiting for Dice to do anyting if ever its 2x xp untill 17th so if you act fast you get it in no time other option is that you play late night or very earlly morning and hope that some bots are flying
